VEWU’S Policies
Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 30 days before check-in for a full refund, minus the deposit.
Cancel between 15 to 29 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund.
No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in. Travel advisor plans will be finalized two weeks before check-in, including all accommodations.

Check-In Time is typically at 3PM, this may vary by property. Early check‑in available upon request for an additional $15 fee.

Guests must report any damages to the property to VEWU immediately. VEWU will handle all damage claims and coordinate resolutions with the homeowner.

Occupancy Limits
Guests must adhere to maximum occupancy limits. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund and/or a permanent ban from the property.
No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all properties. Violations will result in a cleaning fee and charges for any damages caused.
Pets & Animals
Pets are allowed only in designated properties and require prior approval from the homeowner. A non‑refundable pet fee applies (typically $250 or as determined by the homeowner).
